John H. Chrostowski, MD
Dr. Chrostowski "Dr. C" is an Orthopaedic Surgeon. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine where he served as President of the Medical Honors Society. He earned awards in Anatomy, Physiology, and the prestigious Top Medical Graduate Award. In Nashville, he completed a fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine's Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation. He then spent a year as Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
Dr. Chrostowski "Dr. C" has been part of the Chattanooga medical community since 1998. Thousands of Tri-State area residents have chosen him for their Orthopaedic care over the years. He is now accepting NEW PATIENTS at his office location in Hixson, TN.
